Roger has recently moved to Pukekohe. “I just love this town! I’ve been all over the world and I’ve been captured by this area; the town and the people are just great. You could not ask for a more friendly, warm hearted place to live, work and bring up your family.”
It’s Roger’s passion that’s his driving force. “No matter what I do I give 100% energy to it.” And when it comes to his work? “I simply love what I do. I come into work with a drive to get things done and it’s very special to see my patients walking out the door with a big smile on their face and lots of confidence in their new appearance.”
An artist first and foremost, Roger is a clinical technician who takes great pride in creating new teeth for his patients. “Each denture or plate is a labour of love for me,” he says. From his 24 years' experience building dentures, Roger understands his patients and doesn't believe in producing stock standard dentures for every customer. Instead, each one is designed with painstaking detail.
Roger laughs: “I don’t want my patients looking like a horse. I want them to look good and feel confident in themselves.”
“It’s so important to me that the dentures or plates look natural and fit the customer,” says Roger. “Many customers want their dentures to suit their personality. I’ve had customers ask me to leave gaps between their teeth or add diamantes or gold to them. I love creating the perfect smile to fit each person.”
