Start the New Year with some Family Fitness Goals!

with Navigation Homes

No matter what your age or fitness level you will be more than welcomed and encouraged to participate in the Navigation Homes Fun Run series. After running successfully at the start and end of last year, the new season of Fun Runs kicks off on Tuesday February 7th and every Tuesday after that until late March. Starting at 5pm with registrations, the race kicks off at 6pm followed by a prize giving at 7pm, making it an ideal way for individuals, families and groups to get out, be social and get some fresh air.

There is a 2.5km course for kids and a 5km course for those who feel like a few extra kilometres!. Walk, run, push the stroller, there is no better way to get out and have some exercise and meet others in your community. The race series is the brainchild of Michelle Hall from Navigation Homes who thought it would be a great idea for people young and old, fit or working on their fitness to come together in a friendly environment. Rise’n’Shine café offers an amazing selection of food and drinks and the kids just love the playground too.

So, whether you are a serious runner wanting to beat your 5km time, or someone who just wants to enjoy the summer evenings with friends and families, head down to 16 Jonah Lomu Drive on Tuesdays! You will be in with a chance to win a great prize and have the opportunity to enjoy the good food that is available at the Rise and Shine Café. Kick off your New Year goals with us – we would love to see you.
