Jason Tabrum is not afraid of hard work, and is well known for putting in the hard yards to gain exceptional results for his clients. Jason is in his 9th year of selling real estate and has built a reputation for being the agent that delivers in any market and delivers the best.


“I've seen seen the market at its high, when things just sold before being listed and it was imperative not to jump for the first offer and I’ve also sold successfully in a market; (in Perth) where listings had a much longer turnaround, but because I understood how to market properties better and positioned them correctly, I still managed to achieve a shorter time on the market for my clients.”

Since moving back to New Zealand, Jason has continued the momentum and after successfully moving the properties he has been involved in is looking to increase his listing base to satisfy his database of clients looking to purchase in this area.

“We saw a short slow down in recent months due to the events around Covid, but properties were still bought and sold and people have also had the time to make decisions about where they want to be, upgrading, downsizing, making a move with other family members and so consequently I have a lot of clients looking to purchase in our great area.”

According to the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand, there were only 1117 houses sold, down 45% in May 2020 compared to last year, but prices rose 6.9% compared to the end of May 2019. Consequently this means that now is an ideal time to list, as sellers can still command high prices and with interest rates at record lows, the market has opened up to include many more people than the same period last year.
