Get Festive with Bracu!

Make your Christmas event one to remember

with Bracu

With Christmas just around the corner, it is time to start thinking about long Summer evenings spent dining with friends, relaxed brunches with extended families and the obligatory workplace Christmas party. What better venue is there than Bracu Restaurant to celebrate these occasions all festive season long.

Nestled on the sunlit slopes of the Bombay Hills, just out of central Pukekohe the well renowned fine dining Bracu restaurant forms part of the world class Simunovich Olive Estate built from the ground up in 1999. The family owned estate, founded by Ivan Simunovich was initially set up with sustainability in mind and now boasts 30,000 olive trees producing award winning olive oils.

The dining at Bracu is both elegant and contemporary. Experience the exquisite a la carte menu or, for a meal to remember, opt for the seven-course degustation. Prepared by Head Chef Logan Clark with seasonal offerings from the estate’s own gardens and passionate local producers the dishes combine innovative flavor combinations and are superbly presented. Bracu offers a perfect setting to relax and enjoy the occasion either on our all-weather verandah or inside by the magnificently restyled Kauri villa by the fire. As well as Christmas celebrations, individual and family milestones can be celebrated at Bracu, we welcome you to celebrate with us for weddings, naming ceremonies, renewals of vows and family reunions. Bracu is an all-weather venue and the rural, peaceful valley setting, provides an idyllic backdrop, for capturing lasting memories on camera. Guests are also invited to enhance their fine-dining experience by combining their visits with a guided tour of the estate where you will discover the varieties, methods and process involved in creating our award-winning olive oil, all while enjoying fine New Zealand Wine.

For the little more adventurous, or those planning team building or a corporate Christmas or supplier lunch, Beretta at Bracu offers clay bird shooting, knife throwing, archery, air rifles and air pistols followed by a sumptuous choice of dining packages.

Open for lunch from Wednesday through to Sunday, and dinner Wednesday through to Saturday. Bracu Restaurant offers a quality dining experience, staff who know the meaning of service and a wine list worthy of international acclaim, make your next memory a Bracu memory.
