" Another really important thing, particularly for men, is that they don't have the maintenance worries. They don't worry about the fact that they can no longer get up on the ladder and clean the gutters. That they're done for them. And so they don't feel that they're like, failing in any way. Another thing that has changed here is that we did used to have a small facility for men particularly to get together and, do carpentry work. However, with health and safety regulations, it became very difficult to do. But we're very, very fortunate to be very close to the, Manukau Beautification Trust Centre. And for a small annual fee, you can go along there and they do repairs, maintenance, there's computer courses, cooking classes. So it's really good for men and women. It's really, really popular. Not only can you do projects for yourself, but actually you can do work to help the community, it's a generation typically that like to give back."
