BREAKING NEWS
DNI Gabbard is releasing new evidence about US-funded biolabs in Ukraine, and calls out the Biden administration and complicit media for covering all of this up and attacking/threatening those who tried to expose this, aka, ME!
The highest ranking US intelligence official just confirmed that the entire system went out of their way to cover up US-funded biolabs around the world.
In other words, Tulsi just confirmed that the US government, the MSM, and powerful NGOs, tried to destroy me to cover up their biological weapon production. I spent the last 4+ years in hell, was relentlessly smeared by global media, having the entire world call me a crazy conspiracy theorist/foreign asset, and I turned out to be correct.
I sniffed out where nefarious NGOs were developing biological weapons with US taxpayer money, and the global establishment tried to stop me. They failed.
Wild stuff. I’m pretty sure I was a catalyst that changed the world.
Tulsi Gabbard Releases New Intelligence On US-Funded Biolab Network
Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard has released what she describes as new intelligence revealing decades of US government funding for more than 120 biological laboratories operating across more than 30 countries, including facilities in Ukraine. The announcement marks one of the most significant official acknowledgements yet of the scope of America's overseas biolab network.
ELOCAL REPORT
In a statement released on 13 June, US Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard announced the release of previously undisclosed intelligence relating to a global network of US-funded biological laboratories.
According to Gabbard, intelligence reviews conducted over recent months have identified more than 120 biolabs operating across over 30 countries that received funding from the United States government.
Among the countries specifically referenced was Ukraine, where the existence of US-funded biological research facilities has remained a subject of intense international controversy since the outbreak of the Russia-Ukraine conflict.
Ukraine Biolabs Back In The Spotlight
Gabbard stated that intelligence agencies had previously assessed that at least one US-funded laboratory in Ukraine contained dangerous pathogens and faced ongoing risks from military conflict.
"The intelligence community had previously warned that a US-funded biolab in Ukraine likely housed dangerous pathogens and remained vulnerable to long-standing threats of Russian attack, seizure, or damage."
The comments are significant because debate over US-funded laboratories in Ukraine has remained highly contested for several years.
Critics of official narratives were frequently accused of promoting misinformation after raising questions regarding the existence, funding and purpose of the facilities.
Gabbard's statement directly challenges that narrative.
Claims Of A Deliberate Cover-Up
One of the strongest allegations contained in the release was Gabbard's claim that information regarding the existence and funding of these laboratories had been intentionally withheld from the American public.
"Until now, evidence regarding the full existence and funding of these laboratories had been knowingly withheld from you, the American people."
She further stated that individuals who attempted to raise concerns about the laboratories were frequently attacked and discredited.
"Not only did they lie, they threatened those who attempted to expose the truth."
Those comments are likely to fuel renewed scrutiny of how government agencies, media organisations and public health institutions responded to questions surrounding overseas biological research programs during recent years.
Gain-Of-Function Concerns
A major focus of Gabbard's statement involved gain-of-function research.
Gain-of-function research refers to experiments that modify pathogens to enhance characteristics such as transmissibility, infectivity or virulence.
The subject became globally controversial following the Covid-19 pandemic and ongoing debates regarding the origins of SARS-CoV-2.
According to Gabbard:
"Many of these US government-funded biolabs are currently or have previously engaged in research using hazardous and highly contagious pathogens and in some cases included dangerous gain-of-function research with very little visibility or oversight."
The statement aligns with President Donald Trump's Executive Order signed on 25 May 2025, which ended federal funding for gain-of-function research overseas.
New Intelligence Collection Underway
Gabbard said her office has issued new directives requiring intelligence agencies to increase collection efforts relating to overseas biological laboratories.
She indicated that early findings are already raising concerns.
"We're learning new details, for example, on clinical trials that are underway at these facilities and that are raising significant ethical, financial, and security concerns regarding the supposed public health initiatives and US national security."
No further details regarding specific facilities or programs were disclosed in the initial release.
Reopening A Debate Once Declared Settled
The significance of Gabbard's announcement extends beyond the laboratories themselves.
For several years, discussion of US-funded biological research facilities in Ukraine and elsewhere was widely characterised by many government officials and media organisations as misinformation.
Gabbard's statement effectively reopens that debate.
"The information surrounding the existence, history, locations and funding of these US-funded biolabs has been intentionally covered up by very powerful people who falsely claimed that these biolabs didn't exist."
She further alleged that critics were labelled as foreign agents and traitors for questioning official explanations.
What Happens Next?
Gabbard says the Office of the Director of National Intelligence will continue working with other agencies to identify:
- The locations of overseas biolabs.
- The pathogens held within those facilities.
- The nature of ongoing research programs.
- Any remaining gain-of-function activities.
"ODNI will continue working closely with partners across the US government to identify exactly where these labs are and what pathogens they contain to end dangerous gain-of-function research that threatens the health and well-being of the American people and people around the world."
Why This Matters
The announcement represents one of the highest-level acknowledgements to date regarding the scale of US-funded biological research infrastructure operating overseas.
Whether further intelligence releases substantiate the broader allegations remains to be seen.
However, the fact that the Director of National Intelligence is publicly discussing more than 120 US-funded laboratories operating across 30 countries marks a major development in a debate that has remained politically and geopolitically contentious since the early stages of the Covid era.
For many observers, the issue is no longer whether such facilities existed.
The questions now centre on what research was conducted, how much oversight existed, and why so much information remained hidden from public scrutiny for so long.
