A Business Built on Evolution

In 2005, Calem Withers and his wife Heather purchased the business, which was at the time primarily a paint shop servicing local panel beaters and known for custom paint jobs on classic cars and hot rods.

One of the first major changes was incorporating a full panel shop into the operation — the first of its kind in the town. Since then, we have:

• More than doubled our floor space
• Grown from one panel beater to six
• Expanded to a team of 15 skilled staff
• Invested heavily in modern equipment and technology
• Transitioned to environmentally responsible waterborne paint systems

We have continually adapted to industry changes, technological advancements, and the evolving needs of both insurers and customers.

Innovation Beyond the Workshop

The collision repair industry has faced significant challenges in recent years — particularly following COVID lockdowns, supply chain disruptions, and workforce pressures.

Recognising that our most valuable asset is our people, we introduced a four-day working week in mid-2023. Originally intended as a trial, it has become a permanent part of our culture.
